Beginners Slow Flow Class

Slow-Flow is perfect for beginners, those wanting a refresher after some time off, or those simply seeking a more mindful, grounding and relaxing flow. Moving at a slower pace, focussing on foundational postures, to enable the body to gently unfold, and create space for a deeper mind-body connection.


During these classes, you will learn foundational movements and postures, simple transitions, and short flows. As well as exploring and developing pranayama (breathing techniques) and relaxation practices.

A heat infused practice that focuses on mindful movements to enhance strength and flexibility and calm the nervous system.

A class focussed on the foundations: breath, alignment and technique. We move slowly and intentionally, with time to explore how each shape feels in your body.

Full Moon Yoga

A nourishing practice that aligns with the energy of the moon and the  seasons. Inviting you to attune your body and mind to the natural rhythms of nature. Full moons are powerful moments of reflection and renewal, each offering unique qualities that can guide us through the year.


As we move through the year we will explore grounding movements in the Winter months and more expansive flows in the Summer to harmonise with seasonal shifts.
